EYUMEMA USA CELEBRATING A NEW EXECUTIVE
The responsibilities of the Fundraiser Committee include:
Grant Research & Applications – Identifying suitable grant opportunities, preparing competitive applications, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
Corporate Donations & Partnerships – Building and nurturing relationships with corporations, foundations, and philanthropic entities to secure both monetary and in-kind contributions.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Engagement – Working with companies to align EYUMEMA initiatives with their CSR goals, creating win-win partnerships that drive social and cultural impact.
Fundraising Campaigns & Events – Designing, launching, and managing creative fundraising initiatives and events at the national and branch levels.
Resource Mobilization Strategy – Developing long-term plans for financial growth, sustainability, and diversification of funding sources.
Training & Capacity Building – Sharing best practices and mentoring branch leaders and members on effective fundraising strategies.
Accountability & Reporting – Maintaining transparency by tracking funds raised, preparing reports, and ensuring accountability to donors, members, and the national executive.
The committee is made up of individual volunteers from across EYUMEMA’s 16 branches who possess demonstrated skills in fundraising, corporate engagement, and grant writing. By working collaboratively under the guidance of the appointed Chairperson, the committee leverages the strengths of members nationwide to maximize fundraising outcomes. Their work ensures that EYUMEMA continues to thrive, empowering women, supporting the girl child, and making a lasting impact in our communities.
CHAIRPERSON
The Fundraiser Committee of EYUMEMA USA, Inc. plays a central role in sustaining the mission and programs of our organization. This committee is dedicated to mobilizing financial resources through strategic fundraising efforts, grant applications, and corporate partnerships. Its members are volunteers drawn from across EYUMEMA’s 16 branches in the United States, each bringing specialized knowledge and skills in fundraising, grant writing, and corporate engagement. The Chairperson—appointed by the National President—leads the committee and coordinates the team’s efforts to ensure effective and sustainable outcomes.
