Welcome to the Eyumema USA Electoral Committee.

The Electoral Committee of Eyumema USA Inc. serves as the independent body entrusted with safeguarding the democratic values and transparent leadership transitions within our organization. Guided by fairness, accountability, and integrity, the committee ensures that every election—whether at the branch or national level—is conducted in accordance with the constitution and bylaws of Eyumema USA.

Structure of the Electoral Committee

The committee is made up of two representatives from each Eyumema USA branch, bringing together voices from across our nationwide chapters. This inclusive structure guarantees that every branch has an equal role in shaping and protecting our electoral processes.

Responsibilities

The Eyumema USA Electoral Committee is charged with:

• Setting Modalities: Establishing clear and transparent rules for both branch and national elections.

• Oversight: Ensuring that all elections are conducted in line with the branch constitutions and bylaws.
  
  

• Timeliness: Monitoring and enforcing electoral calendars to make sure branch elections take place on schedule.

• Fairness & Accountability: Guaranteeing that all candidates and members are treated equitably during the electoral process.

• National Guidance: Coordinating with branches to maintain consistency and integrity across Eyumema USA elections.
