EYUMEMA USA CELEBRATING A NEW EXECUTIVE
The Multiplication Committee of EYUMEMA USA, Inc. carries a unique and vital responsibility in the growth and governance of our association. Its special mandate is to ensure that no branch of EYUMEMA exceeds 100 members. Once a branch reaches this threshold, the committee oversees its division into two equal branches of 50–50 members. This division must be completed within a month and a half, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to organizational rules.
The reason for this structured multiplication is threefold:
Leadership Development – To create more opportunities for leadership, ensuring that the skills and talents of members are not hidden within an overly large group.
Simplified Management – To make the administration of each branch more efficient, effective, and manageable.
Member Inclusion – To guarantee that every member is both seen and heard, strengthening unity and participation across the association.
Even after branches are multiplied, they remain united as one family under EYUMEMA USA. In times of crisis, the branches work together to provide collective support. During celebrations, they come together to honor and uplift their members. Additionally, each multiplied branch has an obligation to hold at least two joint meetings every year to review progress, reinforce collaboration, and sustain harmony between sister branches.
The Multiplication Committee is led by a Chairperson appointed by the National President, supported by a Co-Chair and a Secretary-General. Together, they establish the modalities of multiplication and ensure compliance with timelines and standards. Their leadership guarantees that the growth of EYUMEMA remains both orderly and impactful, securing the balance between expansion and unity.
